New Beginnings!

Now that 2022 is upon us, we sure are getting excited for our upcoming wedding season. 2021 was a year of transition for everyone. COVID and extreme weather were certainly on the forefront of our minds, as it is this year. One of the major changes that occurred in 2021 here at The Orchard, is that the founders, Shawn and Andrea Hamilton, sold the farm to my husband and me. This was a very difficult decision for them and one that was not made lightly. Ted and I shadowed them the entire 2021 wedding season, gleaning as much information as we could. They have also been nice enough to still answer our phone calls and text messages whenever we have questions. We wish them the best of luck as they embark on a new adventure in the Lone Star State.

Thankfully, we get to carry on an amazing tradition the Hamilton’s started and see people on their happiest of days. We are honored that they let us buy Sunshine Hill Farm. We will treasure the history of the property and are thankful for the opportunity to take on this adventure.

We look forward to being able to continue being part of a once in a lifetime experience for our couples.
